Equinox Fitness Soldier Field 10 Mile Training

Saturday workouts are led by Equinox's Personal Trainers, all of whom have graduated from the proprietary Equinox Fitness Training Institute. The Equinox training sessions are free to all members of the Soldier Field 10 Mile training program, and will take place each Saturday at 9am. Please plan on arriving by 8:40am each week with proper I.D.
 
The weekly training sessions will take place at two convenient locations:

The weekly sessions offer cross training through scheduled runs, Group Fitness classes, training tips and Q&A.
Trainees will have access to Equinox facilities and amenities on the day of training, including Group Fitness classes.

Locks not provided for locker rooms.
